Okay, hopefully some of you have touched one of these. Just connected my new BN-20 to my computer after installing all software and drivers. When it powers up, it goes through a quick raising and lowering of head, then flashing blue light and a beep every few seconds.

Not sure what's going on, but it is scaring me. Any thoughts? The utility does show on the screen the 100% percent ink levels so I know it's communicating. It's almost like the printer is failing some sort of self check. Tried to give Imprintables.com a call, but closed:( Thanks, Matt Tags.

So, after I tinkered around some more, seems like the machine didn't do a tank refill because the MG1 tank was not registering. I was able to print a sample and everything looked good. Being a noob, I have a lot to learn in Corel. I have been a photoshop, illustrator guy for a longtime and I haven't used Corel in years. If anyone can shoot me some links or instructions on how to do the cutlines to export to versaworks I would be forever grateful. Seems everytime I try, it fills the whole image with the cyan color rather than outline. Thanks, matt.

Reply by on September 20, 2011 at 12:08pm. There are a bunch of very informative videos right here on this site in the Videos section, one actually deals specifically with cutlines. Also, left clicking on a color in your palette will change the selected object's fill to that color, right clicking on a color in your palette will change the outline color of the selected object.

You can double click on either the outline or fill color on the bottom right hand side to go to a color selector, and also to fine-tune the outline stroke. Reply by on September 20, 2011 at 12:16pm.
